Terms of Use

1. Scope

This notice describes the intended use of the website docthor.music (the "Website"), operated by Leon Strohmayer (see Imprint). The Website is a free, informational artist presentation. Merely browsing it does not create a contract. Booking enquiries sent by email are non-binding requests; any engagement is agreed individually afterwards.

2. Copyright and intellectual property

Content on this Website — including the DOCTHOR name and emblem, artwork, photographs, videos, heading graphics, music and text — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights of Leon Strohmayer or the respective rights holders. Content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or made publicly available without permission from the relevant rights holder, unless the use is permitted by applicable law (for example statutory exceptions such as quotation). Press materials made available through the press kit may be used for editorial and promotional purposes in connection with DOCTHOR bookings and coverage; the copying restrictions above do not override permissions expressly granted for press use.

3. Permitted use

The Website may be used for informational purposes, listening to music via the player or platform links, and contacting us for bookings. It is not permitted to disrupt the Website's operation, to scrape it for commercial purposes, or to embed its content into other services in a misleading way.

4. Third-party content and links

The optional SoundCloud player (loaded only after your consent) and linked platforms (Spotify, Beatport, Apple Music, SoundCloud, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Dropbox) are operated by third parties under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

5. Liability

The Website is provided free of charge. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, in cases of fraudulent concealment of a defect, under mandatory statutory provisions (including product liability), and where a guarantee has been given. In the event of a negligent breach of an essential obligation (an obligation whose fulfilment makes proper use of the Website possible in the first place and on whose fulfilment a user may reasonably rely), liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of free informational service. Any further liability for simple negligence is excluded. Beyond this, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability, completeness or accuracy of the free content.

6. Governing law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
